The Fractal Analytics IPO has witnessed muted investor interest for the second consecutive day, with the issue subscribed 20% as of February 11. The IPO, which opened on February 9 and closes on February 11, is priced in the range of ₹857–900 per share with a lot size of 16 shares. Retail investors have subscribed 60% of their quota, NIIs 27%, and QIBs 2%. The company has received bids for 36,41,104 shares against 1,85,79,360 shares on offer. The ₹2,834-crore issue comprises a fresh issue of ₹1,023.5 crore and an OFS of ₹1,810.4 crore. GMP stands at ₹7, indicating a marginal 0.78% premium over the upper price band. Allotment is likely on February 12, with listing expected on February 16. The proceeds will be used for debt repayment, office expansion, laptops, R&D, marketing, and acquisitions.
